This Arts Education project is an international coalition of music teachers that demonstrates and promotes the essential role of music in the education and development of young Cambodians and the continuing improvement of Cambodian schools.

F.W.C.P.A. recognizes the important contribution of music to every child's education. From music and dance to painting and sculpture, the arts allow individuals to explore new worlds and view life from other perspectives. In addition, music encourages students to sharpen their skills and abilities and to nurture their imagination and intellect.

Our priority is to act as trusted intermediaries between prospective patrons and students. Through this program we wish to provide both instruments and teaching opportunities for Cambodian music students. F.W.C.P.A. offers, responsible and professional partnerships to build bridges between patrons and their counterparts, Cambodian music students.
